  I went in on 2/9 and spoke to Trish. She worked with my 6 year old to determine what bed he liked. She asked excellent questions to get a shy kid to strangers to talk to her. She explained the sales, cost, warranty and value of the beds we were comparing. She provided us a quote for the duration of the month due to the bed we decided on. We went back on Tuesday and she was not working but Carelyn was and we explained our experience with Trish. We purchased the bed and it was available to be delivered the next day. Carelyn went over all the options again like Trish in detail as well as the paperwork we signed. Our experience was above our expectations for the store. Both ladies were detail orientated and genuine. We greatly appreciated that. I will return to purchase mattresses when needed for my other children and for myself.
